For 20 years, I have been thinking about what organisations should do in order to enable their employees to contribute to their goals and - at the same time - grow as individuals.
My work is based on a conscious decision to regard every person - as defined by Viktor Frankl - as a free, purposeful and accountable human being, good at heart and responsive to its surroundings.
I am convinced that this view of human beings is the key to dealing with the complexity of our time - regardless of discussions about New Work, Generations XYZ, trends in organisational structures and an overly psychological definition of leadership.
In organisations in which employees are given purpose, freedom and accountability along with useful tools, success is the inevitable outcome.
