I keep asking myself what a good future looks like and how it relates to good work.

For 20 years, I have been working with goals, business models, organisation, leadership and behaviour.

MY BELIEF

My approach to work is shaped by my belief in a bright future. I am convinced that people and how they work together are the key to this future.

My view of humanity is based on a conscious decision to treat every person – in the spirit of Viktor Frankl – as a free, purpose-driven and responsible being who is fundamentally good and part of a greater whole.

For me, this attitude is the key to dealing with the complexity of our times – regardless of discussions about New Work, Agile, generational values, management trends and the over-psychologisation of leadership.

In organisations that grant their employees meaning, freedom, belonging and responsibility with a clear attitude and useful tools, success is the logical consequence.

Professional experience

20 years in HR, Organisation, Sales & Marketing.
of which 13 years with leadership responsibility and direct report to C-Level.

Associate Professor at the Private University of Education Of The Diocese Linz. Areas of research: HR Management, Leadership, Organisational Learning and systemic consulting.

Lecturer at the FH Wien (Employer Branding & Recruiting) and the FH Steyr (Organisation, Team, Leadership).

Contributing author on HR, OKR, work and behavior.

Speaker on topics such as work, behavior, purpose, work-force development and societal changes.
