MY BELIEF
My way of working is based on a conscious decision in favor of a complex view of humanity, which sees every person - to quote Viktor Frankl - as a free, meaningful and responsible being, essentially good and part of a greater cause.
I have been working on emergence, behavior, leadership and personnel management for 20 years. Since then, I have been asking myself what "good work" is and what it has to do with entrepreneurial success.
For me, this belief is the key to dealing with the complexity of our time - regardless of discussions about new work, agile, generational values, management trends and the over-psychologization of leadership.
Success is a logical outcome in organizations that grant employees meaning, freedom, belonging and responsibility via clarity and useful tools.
